Salvation comes through Jesus Christ and that God has delivered us from our sins. Therefore, the Gospel is not about human wisdom, human achievement, or receiving praise from people, not by keeping the law, not by giving tithes and offerings — it is about what God has done through Jesus Christ to make us righteous.

During a season of loneliness, despair, and uncertainty, God gave Pastor Kana this verse as a personal encouragement. When everything seemed small and there appeared to be little hope, this Word reminded him that God was with him and that the work of the Gospel did not depend on what he could see at that moment. Through this promise, Pastor Kana was encouraged to focus his heart and attention on the Gospel, trusting that God Himself would accomplish His purpose in His appointed time.
